tired,but motivated!

Mornings are the greatest challenge to me. I have no problems with the afternoon, but ugh, Mornings feel like everything takes an hour or two to boot. No worries though, 15 minutes jump rope and and 1 hour of weights here i come!

  1. I have the same problem no matter how much sleep I get it's hard for me to get out of bed I found that drinking a lot of water to make me pee helps though

  3. If you get into the habit of doing some work out early in the morning, your body sorts of anticipates it.
